Does this sound familiar?

Holding it together is exhausting, even when you look fine from the outside.

You can’t switch off, even when the workday is over
The workload and constant pressure feel like drowning
A difficult boss or co-worker leaves you uptight and frustrated
You feel stuck in a job, with no idea what else you’d do
Everyone else seems to know what they’re doing, and you second-guess yourself
Even your best never feels like quite enough
You keep saying yes when you mean no, then resent it
You replay conversations long after they’ve ended

If two or more sound like you, this call is for you. This kind of pressure rarely eases on its own. Left alone, it spills into your evenings, your sleep and your relationships. The good news? It gets better with the right support.

Your free 15-minute consult

Not a sales pitch. A real first step.

Fifteen minutes, from wherever you are. Here’s what you get:

  • Someone who listens. Say what’s going on out loud, to a professional, with no judgement.
  • An honest take on what would help. Talk therapy to slow things down and change long-standing patterns, or ART if you feel really stuck and talking isn’t enough.
  • Straight answers on the practical stuff. Cost, insurance and scheduling, so there are no surprises.
  • A clear next step, either way. If I’m the right fit, we’ll plan your first session. If I’m not, I’ll point you to someone who is.

Where this goes

Three things we’ll work on together

Slow it down

We look at the patterns that trip you up, like saying yes before you’ve thought about it, where they came from and what they’ve been protecting you from.

Sort out what’s real

We work out which expectations are really on you, and which ones you’ve assumed.

Practice the hard conversations

With your boss, your partner or your family, before you have to have them for real.

When talking isn’t enough, there’s ART. Accelerated Resolution Therapy helps with experiences and emotions that feel stuck. Many of my clients feel relief within one to five sessions.

Starting should be easy

Before you book

Questions people usually ask

Is what I’m dealing with “bad enough” to see someone?

You don’t need a diagnosis or a breaking point. If stress or anxiety gets in the way of your sleep, work, relationships or time off, that’s reason enough. The free consult is an easy way to find out if counselling makes sense for you.

What does it cost? Is it covered by insurance?

The consult is free. Counselling sessions are $140 for 60 minutes, in person or online. ART sessions are $190 for 90 minutes, in person. Many health plans in Canada cover counselling with a Registered Social Worker. I bill several insurers directly and give you a receipt for every session.

What actually happens on the free call?

We talk for about 15 minutes. Share as much or as little as you like. I’ll explain how I’d help. You can ask anything about cost, insurance or times. There’s no pressure to book.

What is ART? Is it hypnosis?

No, it’s not hypnosis. Accelerated Resolution Therapy is an evidence-based therapy that uses eye movements and guided visualization to change how a difficult memory is stored, so it stops having the same hold on you. You don’t have to talk through every painful detail, and you stay in control the whole way through.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. What you share stays private. There are a few legal exceptions every counsellor must follow, like a serious risk to someone’s safety. I’ll explain these before we start.

Do I need a referral or a diagnosis?

No. You can book directly online, any time.

Virtual or in-person: which is better?

Both work well. Many people start online from home, which can be easier when you’re already stretched thin. In-person sessions are at my office on 8th Street East in Saskatoon. ART sessions are always in person.

How long until I feel better?

It varies. Some people feel real relief in four to six sessions. Others want longer support for deeper patterns. With ART, many of my clients feel relief within one to five sessions. We’ll set a pace that fits you and check in often.

Can anxiety be treated without medication?

Yes. Many people find real relief with counselling alone. If you take medication, counselling works well alongside it too.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Fifteen minutes. Free. You’ll know your next step.
