You’ve been holding it together for a long time.

Counselling in Saskatoon for anxiety, stress, and the weight you’re carrying at work and at home.

Jacqueline Gokavi, Registered Social Worker in Saskatoon

How I work

I provide a supportive space where you can slow down, think things through, and learn new strategies. It’s uninterrupted time to focus on yourself, which most people don’t get anywhere else.

Along with talk therapy, I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an approach that can help when you feel really stuck and talking things through isn’t enough.

About me

Hi! I’m Jacqueline (she/her).

I’m a Registered Social Worker in Saskatoon, SK.

One of the things I enjoy most about being a counsellor is helping people feel less alone in what they’re going through. My style is warm, down-to-earth and non-judgmental. I want you to feel genuinely understood as we work together to get to the heart of what’s keeping you stuck and help you make meaningful changes in your life.
