Does this sound familiar?

Workplace stress and challenges

  • Even when the workday is over, you can’t seem to switch off. It’s hard to relax or enjoy your time at home.
  • The workload is too much and the constant pressure is exhausting. You feel like you’re drowning.
  • You’re tired of dealing with a difficult boss or co-worker. You feel uptight, frustrated, or misunderstood.
  • You don’t like your job, but don’t know what else you would do. You feel stuck.
  • You feel like everyone else knows what they’re doing, while you’re always second-guessing yourself.

Perfectionism and people pleasing

  • You put a lot of pressure on yourself to do things right. Even when you’re doing your best, it feels like it’s never quite enough.
  • You have a hard time saying no, whether it’s your boss, your partner, or your family, because you don’t want to disappoint anyone. So, you keep saying yes, and you later resent it.
  • You replay conversations in your head long after they’ve ended. Did I sound rude? Why did I say that? Are they mad at me?
  • Sometimes you’re not even sure what you want anymore, because you’ve put yourself last for so long that you’ve stopped checking.

How I work

I provide a supportive space where you can slow down, think things through, and learn new strategies. It’s uninterrupted time to focus on yourself, which most people don’t get anywhere else.

Along with talk therapy, I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an approach that can help when you feel really stuck and talking things through isn’t enough.
